A day out in Nature - Meet in the Peak District - Padley Gorge for an afternoon of Yoga, and Meditation with Melissa. This item is FREE and is on a first come, first serve basis. Maximum guests are 8 Please bring your mat, snacks and any drinks such as water, fruit smoothies or juice.

About the event
What a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy practicing yoga, discussion and meditation. We have chosen Padley Gorge due to its stunning location in the Peak District, with soft mossy grass, a gentle bubbling stream nearby and plenty of space, trees and hopefully some warm summer sun.

Yoga Mat
Wear loose fitting or gym type clothing
a Sun hat and sunscreen
