Calme Wellbeing, understands that true health and happiness are about more than just physical fitness. Our Yoga and Holistic Life Coaching Services are designed to support you as a whole person, with an emphasis on balancing body, mind and spirit. Cultivating inner peace, a flow, increase physical flexibility and to feel whole again. Your health and wellness are the most important things in your life.
A selection of plans are available from 6-12 weeks, which incorporate not only health coaching, life fulfilment but also incorporates physical invigorating yoga practices which nourish the body and refreshes your soul. Meditation Practices seek to instil a calm within., settling the mind in a chaotic world .We also have stand alone plans of yoga and/or meditation practices. Our plans are tailor made to each individual and are a enlightening alternative to group yoga classes or meditation, seeking to provide full opportunity to discover 'You' again. Innovative solutions to life's challenges help you adopt a healthier mindset, physical health and emotional wellbeing. I offer a set of 4 Yoga Classes or you can opt for taking one stand alone yoga class, the choice is up to you.
